These Terms govern your use of Egg Assembly Empire (the “Game”), operated by 光梓整合行銷有限公司 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must meet the minimum age required by the laws of your region and TikTok’s terms. If local law requires parental consent, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Game for entertainment. Virtual currency, rewards, upgrades, and items have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the Game.
The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements and may display interstitial advertisements. A reward is granted only after the platform confirms successful completion of the relevant advertisement or mission.
You must not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, impersonate others, or use the Game unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Game, or the platform.
The Game, including its software, artwork, audio, text, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform rules, or improve the Game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
